NoRust
Product decription
NoRust products are developed for long time anti-corrosion protection of metal elements installed under water, under ground or exposed to weather conditions. NoRust Tape and NoRust Mastic is a cold application system. It is composed of synthetic fabric impregnated with specially developed petrolatum compounds. NoRust Mastic and Tape can be applied on: steel flanges, pipes, valves, welded connection points, electrical connection boxes, pipe crossings etc. It may be also used for waterproofing and sealing. NoRust-Mastic corrosion protection mastic, it is used to fill irregular surfaces, to level out irregular profiles and dimensions and to smooth two layer isolation systems. Mastic is perfect for flanges, pipe connections and ship fittings.

Application
- Excellent corrosion protection of T-joints, flanges and muff joints, pipe fittings, joints and valves.
- As an insulation of underground lightning connections.
Instructions for use
- Apply onto a dry, clean and degreased surface.
- Wrap the tape around the surface spirally with 50% overlap, apply with tension. If combining with the existing insulation, it is necessary to make 10 cm overlap over the existing coating.
- During application, smooth the tape surface by hand.
- Optimal application temperature: 10-30°C

NoRust Mastic is manufactured on the basis of deeply refined mineral oil, hydrocarbons thickener with corrosion inhibitors and adhesion-improving components.
Application
- For filling irregular and uneven surfaces.
- For irregular profiles and dimension levelling and smoothing, as a corrosion protection of T-joints, flanges and muff joints, pipe fittings and joints.

Instructions for use
- Knead the mastic in hands until plastic.

Application

Instructions for use
- Apply on the basic corrosion protection layer of AS-60 NoRust Tape.
- Optimal application temperature: 10 – 30°C
- Wrap the Cover tape with min. 50% overlap.
- During application use tension and pressure, smooth the surface of tape by hand.
